Unlike my other ships, I was not able to get a professional photographer to take quality photos of the Lusitania. The images in the gallery were found on the internet. At the time of its construction, media interest was heating up and before I knew it, I was in People Magazine. This ship was featured at Navy Pier, Stan Hywett Gardens, and at Elmhust College where I met famed Dr. Robert Ballard, the man who found the Titanic. And, it was even seen on Rachael Ray, Antique Road Show and many other cameos.

Like the Titanic, it was also built from deck plans. Unlike the Titanic, the Lusitania had to be built in 2 sections for transportation sake. Since it is separated in the middle, many confuse it with the Titanic which broke in 2 when it sank in the Atlantic. Since this was going to be in 2 pieces, I needed to build a skeleton that could with stand it's own size. So I made it denser. This ship is much more detailed than the Titanic and more precise for I mapped out the decks and built deck surfaces separately, outside of the main hull.

Custom Boats

I do special requests as long as they are boats, and around 2-3 feet in length. This way, they will not take too long to build. They can be carriers, schooners, yachts, racing boats, clippers, as long as you have deck plans or some sort of drawings to guide me.

It is easier for me to build small stuff, but be aware that you will not have the details as seen in my larger vessels. But, I will pay just as much attention to constructing it, and document it's progress with my trusty iPhone for your approval!
